Westport is a coastal town located on Long Island Sound in Fairfield County, Connecticut, 47 miles (76 km) northeast of New York City in the United States. Westport ranks tenth among the wealthiest towns in the United States with populations between 20,000 and 65,000, and is the second wealthiest town in the state after Darien.
