The Nation's Leading Shopper Marketing Agency is expanding their CT team! Looking for a passionate, marketing-savvy Account Coordinator to support Account Management team with the planning and execution of marketing programs and various administrative functions. IMMEDIATE HIRE!


Some Key responsibilities:

• Create estimates, track expenses, develop and manage timelines.
• Write and update weekly status reports, handle general administrative tasks as needed.
• Attend client status meetings for all ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Coordinate creation of case studies for completed projects.
• Participate in brainstorm meetings and coordinate related materials.
• Coordinate creative process and assist in presentation development.
• Assist in program implementation including coordinating any sweepstakes administration, rebates, budgets, timelines, etc.
• Work closely with Retail Field Team and Client Team to support generating new ideas/concepts for platforms and retail custom promotions.
• Keep client and team abreast of changes in project that may affect overall budget and/or timing.
• Provide follow-up on discussions, issues, projects, etc. internally and with clients.

Education and Skill Requirements:

• BA in advertising, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 0-3 years agency or internship experience in retail or consumer packaged goods.
• Self-motivated; self starter; strong leadership.
• Strong presentation skills, speaking ability and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of core advertising and marketing functions.
• Ability to prioritize multiple demands simultaneously.
• Proven analytical ability with strong attention to detail.
• Assertive team player and proven sense of urgency.
• Proficiency with computers including in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and a working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
